South Lake Karate Academy is a family oriented school that teaches martial arts to the South Lake Community. South Lake Karate Academy is fully staffed, full-time, professional martial arts school and offer many programs that help people from all walks of life. If you are a parent looking for a good structured environment for your child that develops life skills like respect, self discipline, focus and self confidence, then look no further! Our Children's program was designed to teach these things while learning practical martial arts skills should they someday have to use it.
Some of the programs we offer include, separate children and adult classes, which are then separated by belt rank. This way, students with less than 6 months of training are not placed in a class with more advanced students. Parents needing a place for their child to train right after school and are still are work in the early afternoons may take advantage of our After School Karate Program. Our After School Karate Program is structured, fun, and very convenient. South Lake Karate Academy frequently conducts an adult oriented self-defense program called E-Z Defense for non martial artists.
